Mr. Alemany earned a MSc in Naval engineering by The Polithecnic University of Madrid (UPM) Mayor in marine engines . Mr. Alemany earned a Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing from Instituto de Empresa (IE) and in Internet Business from ISDI.
He founded and leads Alemany&Partners after serving more than 15 years as a Senior Partner in two Executive global Search firms. Prior to founding Alemany&Partners, he was affiliated with Korn/Ferry International.
Alemany’s corporate experience spans the Industrial, Retail, Technology and Media industries. He has successfully completed assignments for all the C-suite positions, Board of Directors, General Management and Senior Executive positions for IBEX-35 companies and other global organizations, private equity portfolio, and family owned companies.
Earlier, he served in Trading, Engineering, Industrial Robotics, Investment Banking and HR Consulting activities for companies such as: Ray&Berdntson, Citibank N.A., Hay Group and Tecnomatix.He is an active member of the Spanish Chapter of International Transparency. Also, he is a member of the Instituto de Consejeros Administradores (ICA).
Mr. Alemany sat on the Official College of Naval Engineers Operating Committee. He was President of the Economic Affairs Commission with the same organization and served as Council representative at the Spanish Engineers Institute.
